Jalan-jalan hari kelima- C Restaurant Lounge

Peiwen told me about the 'Pay what you think' promotion in the revolving C restaurant at St Martin's Tower, level 33, perth city centre. So we went to try out the dishes as I don't think there will be offer like this in near future. The food there are more towards fine dining, so we can't afford either if there's no promotion. Peiwen had reserved the table a few days ago as the tables are quickly filled up if you didn't reserve.

I had lunch at this restaurant today (Friday) before going to the beach.

We chose the same entree.

Mandurah Blue Swimmer crab mousse with basil foam, garlic foccacia crostini
It's yummy, I quite like it

4 of us went
me peiwen; lisa, lynn

Our main course

1.Crispy skinned Tasmanian salmon fillet, asparagus, baby beetroot and watercress salad with horseradish crème (peiwen and lisa ordered this)
2. Five-spice chicken breast, chargrilled mango salsa, chilled green tea noodle and vegetable vermicelli (lynn and me ordered this)

The salmon is cooked really well, I like it too, and of course I like my noodle and chicken, could really tell that the quality is gooooood. =D

Dessert time! Ordered 4 different ones so we could taste every type.

1.Sticky date pudding, vanilla bean ice cream, butterscotch sauce- peiwen's
2.Individual Chilled Mango and raspberry cheesecake,Passionfruit coulis- mine
3.Trio of ice cream filled profiteroles with chocolate sauce- lynn's
4.Double chocolate tart, Chantilly cream and crème anglaise- lisa's

It's very fine, my raspberry cheesecake score 10/10, if it could be a little bigger =P Tried each one, it's also equally tasty, love all of 'em.

Altogether should be $45/pax. But we each paid 15 instead. Haha, we paid and faster went into the lift to prevent any stares from the waitresses.

Not to be forgotten, their service-thumbs up! Nice dining experience. =D
