Mela Indian Restaurant and a pleasant night

28th Sunday

Joey texted me if I wanna go to dinner with her and some ocfers so I went. There's quite many of them apparently. It's Mela indian restaurant in northbridge.

I love the foooood! It's much better and more authentic than m'sian ones
however they are pricey, can you see the small pot of curry? It's 17.90 =X

We had naan, lamb curry, spinach and cheese, potatoes, butter chicken, fish fry. . .nyammm

Back at college, andrew called me urgently. I thought what thing is that, and I was surprised by rachel my cell leader, dexter and peiwen at the back door! I think it's like 11+pm already, so thoughtful of them. ♥ They bought a fruit cake which was very yum. Rach prayed for me as well, definitely a pleasant surprise and a happy day to end with. I need to accept that I'm 20, no longer the teen, may I be wise? Haha.

Debbie organised the celebration since hers fall on the same date as me too. Bbq @ Matilda Bay which is opposite my college. Gahh, don't wanna be 20. =X

After that, watched a movie in debbie's house, i fell asleep since not really in the mood that day, was upset over my room problem. But it's getting better after that.

Korean Food with the Fours :)

It's friday again. Dearie friends treated me to an advance birthday lunch in northbridge, da chang jin korean restaurant. Thanks to all of 'em. =D I like the rice cake, the seafood pancake, kimchii yada yada. Except the pork slice, which peiwen finished most of it. =P Next time we shall eat the beef. =)

Hailstorm in Perth 22-3-2010

I was working in kumon. All of a sudden, booshhh pik piak. . . Hailstorm attacked perth at around 4+ or 5+ in the evening. Students were all looking through the window, one boy cried, some ducked down, and I managed to peep and see how's the hail outside and saw many hailstones on the ground. I never thought the after effect will be that bad until i went back to college.

Cars are smashed, as in the windows, plus dents all over. Worst part, college south wing has been damaged and ceiling collapsed. There's total blackout for the whole night in perth I think. My uni's engineering building and architecture library were destroyed partly as well. Some are flooded.

And being a refugee ain't nice, shifting everything from the room and sleeping on a couch, like a nomad, always shifting here and there with no proper place, this makes people depress.

Will only get back my room by 12th April, hope it doesn't delay.
